We live in the UK and New Zealand was always on our travel wish list, but it felt somewhat overwhelming to plan and book. We travel the world but for some reason we did not know where to start with New Zealand. I was fortunate enough to meet the amazing Jenny and Graham from Roundabout New Zealand at a UK travel show. From the second we started chatting I knew they would be able to customise an itinerary for us – 2 adults and a 7-year-old.
The planning, communication, extensive knowledge and attention to detail far exceeding our expectations. I wish I could put into words how exceptional this was. We only had 10 days in New Zealand and Jenny managed to work with us to discover North and South Island. We had a long list of ‘must see’s’. Jenny was able to accommodate the ‘must see’s’ plus so much more.
All car hire, planes, hotels were meticulously organised. The local knowledge of each area we visited was invaluable, and something we could not have searched for before visiting. We received an extensive, well planned itinerary jam packed with suggestions and recommendations, we referred to this as ‘Jenny’s magic book’. Also, I will never know how the itinerary was put together for such a good price.
Honestly, we cannot thank Roundabout New Zealand enough. We have memories to last a lifetime, memories we would not have made without ‘Jenny’s magic book’. We will be forever grateful, and we owe you a drink when we return, because we will be returning.
